How a partner runs a rollout

A certified partner opens a rollout room in the customer's workspace and stays in it from the first document review to go-live. The conversation and the App being built sit side by side, so a decision taken in chat shows up in the records a moment later. The screen below replays how a partner consultant works through that room.

   Reference material and scope

   The agent reads the price list, FAQ and hours the customer already has, and the partner confirms what it can answer from them and what is missing.

2. 02

   Response policy

   Partner and customer agree what the agent answers on its own, what it asks for, and when it hands off to a person, and record that as policy in the workspace.

3. 03

   Pilot

   The rollout starts on a limited window or a limited set of requests, and both sides review the handling history in the same room.

4. 04

   Go-live and review

   A go-live date is set, and after launch the reference material and hand-off rules are updated from the history.
